Mode was extracted from tetrasome MD trajectory using Principal component analysis of covarience matrix for backbone atoms of histone a2 helices. PCA was performed via Gromacs 2020.1 program. The mode is described with interpolation between the two extreme projections along a trajectory on the average structure.
